Boating Trip from Sandusky Bay to Fremont, Ohio
A one-day cruise unless you want to stay overnight for an extra day on lake Erie.
Cruise along from the Sandusky Bay and onto the Sandusky River for approximately 2 hours to Fremont. Arrive around noon at Tackle Box II Restaurant, 420 Sandusky Avenue, Fremont Oh. 43420. Members are free join us at the restaurant by land.
After lunch, we'll head back to our launch point.
Optional: Conditions allowing some might opt for an additional leg of the trip to Johnson Island with a scenic tour of the Quarry Marina.

Lake Charlevoix, Michigan | 08.05.26
Boating in Northern Michigan
Dates: August 5th - 11th
The 5th is our travel day. We expect to arrive around 4:00pm.
Come on a seven-day cruise around Lake Charlevoix at the northern part of Lake Michigan. Lake Charlevoix has beautiful clear water. The city of Charlevoix has many sights to visit in this quaint town including their annual Art Festival and Waterside Concert while spending days cruising the local waters.
There are many things to see there over and above the Art Festival. We can explore Round Lake, Loeb Bay and Lake Charlevoix and even Lake Michigan, We will have many chances to sample the local cuisine. Conditions permitting, we could cruise out to Beaver Island on Lake Michigan or even up to Petoskey see if we can find some Petoskey stones. We are also planning Cruises to Boyne City and East Jordan with plenty of time to swim, cookout and dine. There's something for everyone on this trip.

Muskingum River Boating Cruise | 08.29.26
McConnelsville to Marietta or Zanesville, Ohio

Our last boating trip of August is a one-day cruise that takes us to the Muskingum River in Eastern Ohio. Starting in McConnelsville, Ohio, the Muskingum flows on through to the Ohio River in Marietta. If the locks are open we will proceed to Marietta. If not will will cruise up to Zanesville. Either way we will go through multiple locks and experience the oldest hand operated locks in the United States.
